Appointment
You can make appointments by calling, We require a major credit card on file and a $20 per hour deposit for first-time clients.
Preparation
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to get seated, such as using the bathroom. All treatments will begin and end as scheduled, so please do not be late.
Deposit
To make an appointment, a deposit of $20 per hour or per service will be collected. For example, the deposit for a 90-min service is $30.
No Show or Cancellation or Re-scheduling
No show or cancellations or re-scheduling made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a charge of full service price. For example, the fee for a 60-Min Massage is $85. No shows or cancellation or re-scheduling for Groupon appointments shall be considered redeemed in full.
Personal Property
Please leave your valuables at home. While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Payments
Cash and major credit cards are accepted, Service fees do not include tax or gratuities. Cash gratuities are preferred.
Waiver
Please review and sign the waiver form before getting services. No Refund Exchange Only
Series, Membership and Gift Certificate
All series must be paid in full before first service. Series and Gift Certificate expires in 24 months. All monthly memberships can cancel after 6-months.
Minor
No minor under age 16. For minor age 16-18, the parent or guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of the minor. The parent or guardian must be in the therapy room during the entire session.
Limited service
At Evive SPAs, the safety and well-being of our clients is our top priority. We do not provide prenatal massage or any kind of massage services to expecting monther under any circumstances. However, we are happy to offer facial treatments or head spa to expecting mothers who are under 34 weeks pregnant. Please notify us of your pregnancy when booking so we can ensure appropriate accommodations and use pregnancy-safe products. Unfortunately, we cannot provide facial or head spa services to clients who are 34 weeks pregnant or beyond. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing us.
